Types of Boundaries (5)
i) physical (refers to your personal space, your privacy and your body, ie you might not like people touching you in public, etc)
ii) sexual (revolves around expectations concerning intimacy, eg sexual comments and touches might be uncomfortable)
iii) intellectual (these concern your thoughts and beliefs, ie need to respect them irrespective of your own views, etc)
iv) emotional (refers to sharing one's feelings, eg you can feel uncomfortable sharing your feelings with a stranger)
v) financial (refers to your attitude to money, ie saver or spendor)
