lxxxxviii) Change Transformation Does Not Follow A Predetermined Path

Need to realise that change does not evolve in a straight line, nor step-by step, etc.; it is non-linear and zigzags around, etc.

Moving from current reality to a desired state, ie vision, there are many 'zigzags'. Some of these are wake-up calls from feedback suggesting the need to modify your approach, etc; there are many learnings along the way; be prepared to make course corrections as required.

Remember: need to be prepared to modify concepts, processes, etc as feedback dictates; continually monitor and review progress and have the mindset that is prepared to modify the process, ie make course correction.
