lxxxxvii) Not Integrating Change Within The Organisational Objectives
Too often the change initiative is not integrated with the organisational objectives, strategies, etc. It can be siloed from the mainstream organisation as a separate unit, like digital transformation conducted by a small group of IT staff which focuses on the technology rather than the people (behaviours, mindsets, engagement, etc). Furthermore, need to develop a compelling narrative of the opportunities which could be realised by the change.
