lxxxxvi) Consequences Of Starting Change Management Late
The below graph shows what happens if you do not start the change part of the project as early as possible.
The most damaging one is ignoring the people side as it is a key component for successful change.
Especially in times of extreme uncertainty, there can be a tendency to wait for more information. This can be seen as a way to avoid rework, save costs, etc. However, you can have a strong negative impact on the change process (see below graph)
