Introduction

Answer the following questions to provide an indication of the amount of control staff have over their work; respond by ticking the appropriate box.

They are also reflections of relationships with managers, peers, etc; communications between different stakeholders; support you receive from others in the organisation, like managers, peers, etc; attitudes to work; workplace environment; organisational culture; role clarity and function; engagement; work demand; change engagement, etc.

Comments

Answering 'always' to questions 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11 and 'never' to questions 2 & 4 indicates that you have good 'control' at your workplace.
