Just as leaders need to be autocratic and democratic at times, they also need to be both transactional and transformational.
Transformational leadership can be highly demanding at the corporate level as it will challenge the status quo; challenges like globalisation has added extra pressure on leadership to handle the VUCA world.

i) Idealised influence (this requires the following action:

iii) Intellectual stimulation (this requires the following action:
