Ways of Becoming More Positive

Introduction
There is a need to break negative patterns and to make space for more positivity

Ways to do this (7)

i) develop peace of mind (need to build a foundation of inner peace, ie able to control your negativity and the way you respond to it)

ii) complain less (stop complaining; as a way of eradicating this mindset ie stop giving it energy; focus on the good things in life)

iii) see beauty everywhere (seeing and appreciating the good things in life, distances yourself from negativity and open up for more positivity

iv) be open to true forgiveness (in addition to moving on, you approach this issue with empathy and understanding so that you hold no resentment; even if you can't excuse the behaviour; don't hold any anger, pain, bitterness, grief, frustration, etc)

v) appreciate your negative emotions (everyone has emotions, good and bad; distancing yourself from negativity is not about banishing and/or suppressing emotion but learning to handle them; most emotions pass

vi) grow in resilience (this is about acknowledging, accepting and handling your negative feelings in a positive way)

vii) attract positive energy (your mindset will determine whether you are positive or negative, ie

Conversely, if you believe the world is full of opportunities, not obstacles; if you believe you are strong, not weak, etc; thesewith  will greatly increase your chances of success
