Framework 162 Prosci's Maturity Model

Introduction

As change management has become a core competency, there is a need to build this competency within an organisation and its staff.

Prosci have built a 5 level change management maturity model based on its research, which ranges from no change management (level 1) to organisational competency (level 5). This is summarised in the below table.
