Stress and Decision-making

Stress has a major impact on decision-making, ie the higher the level of stress, the less the decisions are made logically and more on emotions, gut instinct, etc.

This is irrational but predictable.

As most of the time when you are in change, you're under high stress which means that the brain prefers to make more emotional and irrational decisions, ie using gut feel, instinct, etc. (for more detail, see elsewhere in the Knowledge Base)
