Introduction

To gain some background on the change situation within an organisation, ask the following questions:

1. What does organizational change management mean to you?

2. What is your understanding of the root causes of organizational change management resistance?

3. To what extent do official change processes occur within your organization?

4. Thinking about the processes experienced, has a change initiative been effectively communicated every time in your organisation? 

5. What support have you received each time?

6. How will the culture, within the workplace, alter owing to the change initiative?

7. To what degree will diversity learning improve employee emotions or reduce resistance to change? 

8. Will implementing a lifelong learning system enhance management and change success?
