Kind leadership is an approach to leadership that emphasizes empathy, respect and compassion while still maintaining accountability and achieving results.

Unlike traditional leadership styles that may focus heavily on authority, performance, or control, kind leadership integrates human-centered values into decision-making and everyday interactions.
