Some Criteria for Measuring Change Management Effectiveness

i) adoption metrics (what does it mean and look like for people to adopt a change management initiative, ie to be effective?)
ii) qualitative/feedback metrics (obtaining feedback from impacted stakeholders and acting on the feedback to improve the process)
iii) employee performance (How do you measure employee performance, etc?:
     - speed of adaptation (How quickly are people working with the new system, processes and job roles?)
     - ultimate utilisation (What percentage of employees are demonstrating 'buy-in'/ownership and are using the new solutions?)
     - proficiency (How well are individuals performing compared to what was expected at the start?)
iv) overall project performance
v) team effectiveness
