Based on a survey in USA, the order of priority for senior management in challenges of change management:
i) talent management
ii) future of work
iii) digital transformation
iv) economic volatility
v) pricing and product strategy
vi) people-centric organisation
vii) hybrid workplace
viii) hybrid manager.
Of the above, people-centric organisation and talent management, ie people elements, are regarded as the most neglected.
