Use of AI in Change (4)


Currently, there are 4 areas that AI is helping in change management:
i) analysis of data (includes collecting and analysing employee feedback, performance metrics, etc that would have previously been done manually; this saves considerable amounts of time and effort)
ii) prediction of obstacles (provides predictive analytics, which can anticipate potential obstacles;

iii) automation of tasks (using AI-powered tools to automate tasks like communication, tracking progress, etc, frees up time to allow greater focus on more strategic tasks like refining strategies, engaging with stakeholders, etc)
iv) select of which methodology to use (helps identify most suitable methodologies based on analysis of historical data).
