Team Flow
Introduction
Generally for team 'flow' is more intense than individual Flow as it involves group interaction.
"...this greater experience of flow is shared and cooperative activities was explained by the satisfaction of the basic psychological need of relatedness as well as other well-being factors that include the development of social skills and improve relationships..."
T. Magyarodi as quoted by Beata Souders, 2019
The way in effective teams balanced tension is by
"...- listening closely
- concentrate on the task
- communicate openly so that everyone gets immediate feedback, and
- trust that genius will emerge from the group, not from any one member..."
Keith Sawyer as quoted by Beata Souders, 2019
This is similar to how a jazz ensemble or a comedy troupe would perform.
