Introduction
It is the intersection of optimal being and optimal doing; there are 4 phases that involves stepping out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself
Phases (4)
i) struggle phase (this involves Beta brainwaves, cortisol, norepinephrine; generally does not feel good as we experience tension, frustration, and even stress and anxiety; it is an integral element of the Flow cycle.)
ii) release phase (this involves Alpha brainwaves; you
