Listening and Talking

More listening and less talking is required for an effective change.
If you tend to dominate the discussion, conversation, etc you need to learn to listen more.
If one person is talking too much, they have a relationship with their own voice and appear oblivious to what is happening around them.
In strong hierarchical-based organisations, the people who have the most power can tend to dominate conversation, discussions, etc.
As a generalisation, if you are in a one-for-one discussion, try to listen more than 50% of the time.
