Introduction
This identifies the activities, people and settings in your everyday life that energises you and get you into a state of playfulness, connection and/or flow.

Make a daily list of
- what you are grateful for, eg 3 things
- excited about and looking forward to, eg 3 things
- things you don't want to do
NB Put boundaries around use of technology, especially use of mobile phone (social media, etc) and screen time.
