True leadership requires you being mentally strong
Some signs (11) that you are mentally strong:

i) you are comfortable being alone (good at self reflection; enjoy your own company; at peace with yourself)

ii) you think independently (develop your own opinions rather than blindly follow the crowd; willing to challenge the status quo and groupthink; don't mind holding a minority point of view; are creative)

iii) you tolerate discomfort (don't mind being challenged; don't panic or quit if under pressure)

iv) you take full responsibility (owning your decisions, actions, etc; not playing the victim all the blame game)

v) you adapt quickly (as required you willing to change plans, actions, etc quickly; life is a continuous learning process)

vi) you stay calm under stress (you stressful situations as learning and growth opportunities)

vii) see opportunities everywhere (reframing negatives into positives; see all challenges as potential opportunities; mistakes,  failures, etc learning opportunities)

viii) you believe in your abilities (have a strong self-belief, self-efficacy, etc)

ix) you care more about progress than perfection (daily incremental improvements are important)

x) you maintain balance (nourish your mind, body, spirit, emotions, etc; no over-emphasising; have an acceptable work/life balance)

xi) you value quality over quantity in relationships (
