Introduction
Resilience as many definitions. Its most basic definition is to 'bounce back or recover from stress'.
The below questionnaire is designed to assess the ability to bounce back or recover from stress.
Answer each statement by indicating how much you disagree will agree with the statements, using the following scale, ie
