Australian Agricultural Sustainability Framework is based on 13 non-hierarchical categories with 17 overarching principles (the desired outcome or ideal state) of sustainability for Australian agriculture under the themes of environmental stewardship - people, animals, plants, community, economic resilience, etc; underlying the principles are 43 criteria (conditions to be met to comply with a principle)
