Some questions to determine how are you perceived by others as a leader:

Questions

- Are people comfortable mentioning any issue/challenge to you?

- How engaged are people you work with?

- Are people working as individuals or as a team?

- How do you react to feedback, ie ignore it or evaluate and, if required, implement?

- Do you self-reflect, ie to take time out to evaluate your feelings, emotions, reactions, thinking, etc?

- Are you receptive to new ideas and differing points of view?

- Are you willing to implement new things?

- Are you able to recognise when your leadership style needs to change?
