Summary

The 4 dimensions of energy are interdependent and can be expanded and renewed.

Senior management members need to role model these behaviours around energy management; research is demonstrating they'll have a positive influence on financial metrics plus customer relationships, productivity, personal satisfactions, alignment and well-being in all aspects of people's lives. The goal is to make these behaviours unconscious and automatic.
