Strategies
1. Create a psychologically-safe environment for change (this means employees feel 'safe, respected and valued' that they are willing to challenge the status quo and not be concerned about possible repercussions, ie working in a non-threatening environment; the 4 key elements of psychological safety involve inclusion, learning, contributing and being challenged - (for more details see elsewhere in the Knowledge Base)
2. Share the vision regularly to shift from a 'problem focus'
3. Support the growth mindset around change
4. Motivate through layers of 'why', storytelling and social motivators
5. Utilise storytelling to engage more parts of the brain and take people on an emotional journey
6. Utilise a whole-brain coaching approach to increase motivation and empowerment
7. Capitalise on neuroplasticity and spacing to embed the learning or habit
