lxxxx) Not Connecting Culture To Business Outcomes (need to have clearly define, measurable outcomes to assess progress and effectiveness; these should be a company-wide priority.

Furthermore, intentionally call-out, celebrate, reward, recognise, highlight, reinforce, etc the new behaviours that are supporting the desired culture.

Examples of business outcomes can include greater customer intimacy, more innovative products, greater operational efficiencies, etc
