Technique 2.69 "ABCD" Model

This is designed to help people who work in the organisation "think" in groups. It can be utilised as part of a review of an organisation's geographic and product diversity by asking the following questions:

1. Where are we now? (the "A")

2. Where do we want to be? (the "B")

2. What do we need to do to get to where we want to be? (the "C")

4. How are we going to make it happen? (the "D")
