1. What does your competitive environment look like, ie what is the detailed position of your business/industry compared with your competitors: market share, strengths by product line, and by region today?
2. In the last 2 - 3 years, what have your competitors done to you that has changed the competitive landscape?
3. In the last 2 - 3 years, what have you done to your competitors that has changed the competitive landscape?
4. What are you most afraid your competitor might do in the next 2 years to change the landscape?
5. How might you attack your competitors in the future?
6. What are your plans in the next 2 years to leap-frog your competitors' moves?
