Importance of Change Competencies

The 4 As of change competency:

i) awareness (an ability to scan external and internal environments)

ii) adaptability (degree of flexibility and agility within the organisation)

iii) anticipation (understanding that as change is inevitable, it require an optimistic approach)

iv) attention (clear focus on achieving objectives, goals, etc)

Rank staff on the 4As from 1 to 10; 1 being 'zero change competence' to 10 being 'extremely change competent'.

Importance of Change Readiness
