Technique 1.118 Who Are You? Who am I?
Introduction
The aim of this technique is to

- encourage self-reflection and self-awareness
- facilitate conversations about how people can work together and help each other
Process
Ask each participant to answer the following questions and place the answer in the corresponding numbered box
i) how to best describe your work style?
ii) what do you value?
iii) what is the best way to communicate with you?
iv) how can others help you?
v) what do you have no patience for?
vi) what must people understand about you?
(source: Keegan Luiters, 2022), ie
