Technique 5.15 Combining Narrative Practice And Logo Therapy

Introduction

This approach is based on the following principles:

- logo therapy (the freedom of will and responsibleness towards life and the unconditional meaningfulness of life)

- narrative practice (humans are storytellers who have a responsibility to live an authentic life plus re-authoring their own lives and to humanise the workplace).

Using ANC coaching and emancipatory ethics:
"...- Discover the individual's uniqueness and singularity, their gifts to the world
     - Rehumanise practices, ie develop a more humane organisation and profitability (triple bottom line accountability)
     - Sustainability, ie responsibleness towards the planet
     - Speaking truth to power: challenging the taken for granted beliefs and ideas about psychosocial pattern that replicate and perpetuate power elites and social ills
     - Emancipation: freedom and ethics, challenging......conformity practices
     - Good faith and good society: underpinned by an espoused belief in unconditional dignity and worthiness of humans while creating a better place for all..."
