Introduction
There are 10 positive and 10 negative emotions listed below and you rank their influence/impact on you from 1 (very little) to 5 (very much).
It is a self-reporting/assessment questionnaire

i) Rank the individual emotions according to how they impact on you, ie if you feel enthusiastic mostly, it would receive a 5.
ii) Ranking
1. Very little, or not at all

4. A lot
5. Very much
Comments
The more positive emotions that better it is. However, you need to find ways to handle negative emotions (for more detail, see elsewhere in the Knowledge Base).
