Some More Enhancement To Prosci (Self-Explanatory Slides)
Introduction
The below slides explain some of the modifications introduced by PROCSI (see framework 53) based on their on-going research

Change Success

In summary,
- Prosci methodology has 3 components
i) Prosci change triangle (PCT)
ii) Prosci ADKAR model
iii) Prosci 3-phase process
- some enhancements include
i) making Prosci methodology more accessible, actionable & effective (catering for different learning styles and disabilities; streamlining processes and tools; more focus on digital than hard copy; use of simpler language; broader range of project management approaches including sequential, iterative and hybrid project life-cycles; real-world focus; new techniques like Proxima, Hub Solution Suite, etc)
ii) expanded assessment of success (10 additional factors)
iii) expanded defining, measuring & tracking change performance success (using 4Ps, ie project, purpose, particulars & people; 3 areas of performance, ie organisational, individual and change management)
iv) strengthening risk management (acknowledging a broader range of risks with 2 levels of risk grid customisation guidelines, ie risk assessment analysis, risk factor analysis and activities)
v) includes a role roster (easier to identify and activate change management roles for sponsors, project managers, frontline workers, etc)
vi) simplified ADKAR blueprint (helps identify high-level milestones, expected gaps, create ideas, etc)
vii) increased flexibility for change management plans (tailor plans to suit your unique needs)
