Step 4: Use Tips for Change Management Applications
✅ Before starting change:
Identify who decides on scope, budget, timelines and messaging.
✅ During change:
Clarify who approves adjustments, training content, or communications.
✅ After implementation:
Define who monitors results, owns outcomes, and signs off completion.
✅ Facilitation tip:
In workshops, print the matrix on A3 and use sticky notes for names; this makes discussion visual and collaborative.
