Post pandemic employers are ramping up their well-being approaches and encouraging people to take their health and well-being more seriously; a global survey of around 500 organisations found as a priority:
- Around 80% of the employees considered employee wellbeing
- Redesigning the employee’s experience around flexibility and well-being
