Bill Synnot is one of Australia’s leading specialists in organisational change management, executive coaching, facilitation, team development, creative thinking and organisational reviews.

He has over 30 years experience in management and consulting, both in Australia and internationally, in the public, private, co-operative, and not-for-profit sectors.

In addition to acting as a consultant, Bill's experience comes from his senior management positions as a change catalyst. His approach is very practical and is based on hands-on experience.

He has recently co-authored a book on the tools of change management.

Bill Synnot is a founding director of Bill Synnot & Associates, which is a consulting group based on the virtual organisational concept of management. This means that for each assignment we draw upon the best and most relevant expertise available.

• Facilitating the introduction of cultural awareness programs into leading schools
