is a successful change management consultant with a wealth of experience around project management and ICT. She has successfully led a range of project-driven change initiatives in a wide range of industries. Jo heads up the QLD Chapter for the Change Management Institute, is an ACM assessor and a member of PMI. She is very passionate about delivering sustainable and successful business change.
